Coordinated human resources logistics for 12 engineering contractors, conducted Quality Assurance and Control Inspections on numerous Afghanistan-based TCF installation projects, provided non-compliance punch lists, generated final-acceptance reports, and validated accurate project execution/compliance. Assisted in the maintenance of IT / Telecom Network diagrams and produced reports on a monthly basis for higher-level review and audit. Consulted with Senior Military Officers, conducted staff briefings, planned/strategized IT operational and implementation plans, determined project scope and requirements, and reported project status.

· Supervised TAC-SWACAA Communications Team, managed outside plant (OSP), video teleconferencing (VTC), technical control facilities (TCF), global broadcast systems (GBS), SL100, DRSN, and telephone switchboard operations work centers totaling 35 subordinates & 7 direct work center leads. Worked with Network Administrators and SL100 Technicians to implement VOIP/VOSIP calling using CISCO phone technologies. Worked with numerous carries and performed audits on DSN and commercial out bound calling. Managed the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale Communications projects. Oversaw work center leads and challenged others to develop as leaders while clarifying responsibilities.
