OBJECTIVE:

TEFL qualified and ambitious teacher who would like to conduct the pedagogical process in a brisk and fun method so that students could get intrinsically motivated and love to learn English. My vision is that a healthy classroom environment and a strong teacher-student rapport besides a well-organized lesson plan are the essence of English teaching. WORK EXPERIENCE:

English teacher assistant


  • Providing support to students whose mother tongue is not English on an individual and small group basis.
  • Giving extra help to children with special needs and those who struggle with some point. Motivating and encouraging pupils.
  • Assisting with marking and correcting work.
  • Attending teacher-parents meetings. Helping with school events, trips and activities.
  • Supervising students between classes, during lunch and breaks, and on field trips.
  • Observe and gauge students' performance and provide appraisals if needed to the lead teacher

  • Adhere to task assignment schedule and remain flexible to task assignment changes throughout the day.
  • Communicate effectively and partner cooperatively with various business partners to ensure customers’ issues are resolved and service levels goals are met.
  • Make empowered decisions and offer creative alternatives to secure customer loyalty and Save the Sale.
  • Prioritize work so that past service level items are given urgent, immediate attention .
